We received a very funny call a few weeks ago from a customer claiming that their "Office Parrot" ate multiple keys on their Dell notebook keyboard. We went out to their office with a new keyboard, met the culprit , a large Gray Parrot and installed the new keyboard. It turns out the bird didn't eat the keys it just borrowed them as a chew toy. The keys could not be salvaged because the plastic springs under the keys were missing.
